Application of Strength in the Pilates Studio

Strength training and Pilates share some similarities however they are primarily underpinned by a different set of principles.

These principles can be strategically inter-meshed to achieve specific, well reasoned strength outcomes for each client.

Benjamin provides the science, reasoning, strategies and repertoire applications to have Pilates, fitness and movement teachers able to easily implement real strength training within Pilates programming, and to understand and utilise Pilates concepts and principles integrated with a strength approach.

Useful for any movement or fitness teacher who works across modalities, this course provides a next level of understanding of how to  increase strength for clients.

Since 2021 Ben has presented this comprehensive and current approach to strength training in the Pilates environment. Now it’s available online with six months access for participants to be able to review and reference for the extended time.
