This workshop provides an in-depth understanding of pregnancy, the changes that occur in various systems of the body, and exercise guidelines and programming considerations for all trimesters and post party.

You will be taken through guidelines for exercise during all stages, screening and clearance requirements, possible risk factors and conditions encountered in pregnancy, indicated and contra-indicated exercises, specific repertoire to utilise, and programming for Pilates instruction and application.

Your online self-paced learning time is approximately 16-20 hours. You will have ongoing access to the course for 12 months to reference and review.
