Friday TBC

Melbourne in Studio & by Zoom

1.30-4.30pm

This practical contact session provides the experiential learning of repertoire application, sequences and programming for the Reach Pilates for Womens Health training program.

This course provides a deeper understanding of the health needs of adult women over the years post adolescence to pre-menopause. Participants will be taken through movement, sequences, programming and applications, that aim to support and enhance hormonal balance, musculoskeletal strength and function, and overall wellbeing both physically and mentally.

Movement strategies are designed to be integrated into studio sessions, group classes as well as daily life, and can be applied to your general sessions with clients or provided as homework for clients to use for self-management of hormonal symptoms or for improved health and wellbeing.

To fully appreciate the complexity of women, their health needs and hormonal changes over their lifetime, Reach Pilates for Women’s Health course focuses on the menstruating years, when cycles are fully established, and hormone levels are highest.
