Event and Contact session terms are applicable to all Reach events, workshops, masterclasses and contact training days and provide the Terms of Participation.
Pricing & Payments:
Each program is priced separately. Single event payments are made upon registration which is prior to commencement. Instalment plans will be automatically deducted in accordance with Event pricing directions, with the deposit taken upon registration.
Upon registration and payment of instalment one, you will have a 7 day cooling off period. Should you choose to take advantage of this cooling off period you must request in writing at to withdraw your registration and refund paid monies minus the administration fee of $150.
All changes or withdrawals will incur a $150 administration fee. After the cooling off period of 7 days has expired there will be no refunds allowed. Applications for withdrawal following that time will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
Postponement or Cancellation:
Reach Movement Health reserves the right to postpone or cancel any program for reasons of presenter illness or extenuating circumstances, pandemic requirements, public health orders, or insufficient numbers. Events require varying minimums as allocated internally to each event.
If pandemic restrictions mean that contact programs cannot go ahead in person we reserve the right to hold the program via Zoom and go ahead with registrations as paid and registered.
Should an event be postponed for any reason to a future date by Reach management you will be given the option to retain the registration for future use or request a refund to be provided in full.
Should an event be cancelled by Reach management your registration will automatically be refunded in full.
By booking and attending a session (workshop, masterclass, contact session or event) with Reach Movement Health you understand and agree that you do so entirely at your own risk and responsibility. You agree only to attend a session that falls within your known ability to participate. You also agree that you will not in any way, ever, hold Reach Movement Health or it’s educators/presenters, staff, employees, contractors, management, subsidiaries, parent company, or related entities, liable for any injury, issue or occurrence during the session or at any time after the session. You understand and agree that using the content from any session is at your own risk and responsibility and that you will do so within your own formal scope of practice (i.e. qualifications).
Workshops, masterclasses, contact sessions and programs (sessions), are intended for participants who are already trained Pilates and/or movement teachers and who operate under a scope of practice provided by their existing formal qualifications. Reach events and sessions do not confer formal qualifications of any sort and do not provide any legal basis for practicing outside of your formal training.
- Provide evidence of your full vaccination in advance of attending your sessions. You will be contacted by Reach management after booking to confirm your status.
- Maintain social distancing at all times when attending session premises.
- Maintain effective hygiene protocols at all times, including but not limited to washing hands and using hand sanitisers upon entry and regularly throughout attendance.
- Sign in using the QR code provided.
- If you are unwell you must not attend contact sessions. You should notify us immediately that you will not be attending.
- If you have been a close or casual contact of a Covid positive person you must not attend contact sessions. You should notify us immediately that you will not be attending.
You agree not to hold Reach Movement Health, it’s educators/presenters, staff, employees, contractors, management, subsidiaries or host site staff responsible in any way should you acquire Covid-19 in the course of attending your session/s with us.
