Each program/course is priced separately unless clearly ‘bundled’ and purchased as a bundle. One instalment payments are made upon registration which is prior to commencement. Instalment plans will be automatically deducted monthly for the duration of the program with the first instalment taken upon registration and then instalments continue monthly from that date.
Upon registration and payment of instalment one, you will have a 7 day cooling off period. Should you choose to take advantage of this cooling off period you must request in writing at to withdraw your registration and refund paid monies minus the administration cost of 20% for online courses or $150 fee for workshops or events.
After the cooling off period of 7 days has expired there will be no refunds allowed.
Applications for withdrawal following that time will be taken on a case-by-case basis according to extenuating circumstances only provided.
Reach Movement Health reserves the right to close, postpone or cancel any program for reasons determined by management. Reasons could include inability to continue with delivery components, presenter illness or extenuating circumstances, pandemic requirements, public health orders, or insufficient numbers.
Workshops and Events will require a minimum of eight registrations to go ahead. Events require varying minimums as allocated to each event. In the circumstance that insufficient numbers are registered management reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop or event.
Online courses may change from time-to-time and provide intellectual and copyright property that belongs to Reach Movement Health. Any request to withdraw from an online course must be made within the 7 day cooling off period in writing by email to
