Lisa Jackson is one of Australia’s leading Pilates practitioners and the founder of Core Pilates Brisbane.
Lisa originally trained in the US with Physical Mind Institute and Maria Leone, before returning to her home country of Australia and rounding out her government accredited qualifications with PilatesITC. She is Principal Trainer with the Pilates Alliance Australasia and has nearly twenty years of full time practitioner experience. She is also a committee member of the Pilates Alliance Australasia working to set regulations and standards within the Pilates Industry, holds Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment, and is a Master trainer and Faculty member for the internationally renowned Buff Bones® Training program by Rebekah Rotstein.
Lisa presents and teaches workshops across Australia and is passionate about helping other teachers understand the importance of joint and movement health. A self-professed life-long learner Lisa believes in the power of knowledge and our ability to grow and change by asking questions and searching for answers. Her empathy and supportive nature is only matched by her smarts and attention to detail. Lisa also lectures specifically on the hip joint, bringing accessible practitioner programs to a range of hip joint issues and care.
