|| FOCUS ON LUMBOPELVIC RHYTHM with Lisa
The more we learn about the body, the more we come to understand the natural interplay between physical form and function. The relationship between our pelvis, lumbar spine and hip complex is crucial when it comes to good posture and mobility. This masterclass will explore a deeper look at lumbo-pelvic rhythm and how it relates to Pilates movement, including how to assess good or poor rhythm as well as rebalance the body and increase awareness and function of the lumbopelvic/hip complex.

|| REACH HYDRATION: MAT & REFORMER with Sally
Drawing form the Reach Hydration training course you will learn how to maximise Pilates movement to create whole body tissue hydration, working with Mat and Reformer. During the session you will learn current research based information and strategies for increasing hydration through fluid uptake, nutrition and movement. Perfect variations and information to take straight back to clients for optimal health outcomes.

Drawn from the Reach PosturePlus training course you will learn a full mat and small apparatus based class with progressions, aimed at rebalancing modern postural issues. Including current research based information and strategies for addressing our postural needs. Perfect variations and information to take straight back to clients for optimal health outcomes. Followed by 15 mins Q&A’s and wrap up.

|| FOCUS ON HIP JOINT HEALTH & FUNCTION with Lisa
Focused on the latest understanding, research and clinical insights of best practices and protocols for hip health using movement. Lisa specialises in science-based applications and this workshop will provide extensive information and Pilates repertoire and programming for many conditions of the hip. Followed by 15 mins Q&A’s and wrap up.
